You don't have to.  Fifteen minutes of free support is available each month to insure that you don't get "stuck" on simple issues.  It is our way of saying "thank you." 

Sometimes, however, you need someone with experience and knowledge who can just "make it happen."   

Advanced Support costs only $12.25 per quarter hour and generally requires an appointment.  This insures your site has our undivided attention and that we can allocate highly trained support staff necessary to do just about anything you might require. 

During Advanced Support you have full access to a highly trained technician in: Photoshop, Flash animations, PHP programming, HTML, Javascript, DNS Management and Network Management.  This means you can ask simple questions or make highly technical requests without waiting for an "expert" to be put on the line.  Further, all support is done in the USA.

A typical support call (meetings are also possible) might go like this:

You: Can you change the font in our logo?

Technician: Okay. Hang on. (less than 5 minutes) Okay. Hit refresh in your browsers and take a look.

You: Great.  Can we see it in bold?

Technician: Okay.  Hang on. (1 minute later) Okay.  Hit refresh.

You: Perfect.  We added a page to the site but don't see it showing up anywhere?

Technican: Pages are actually editable areas which can appear anywhere in the website.  I just have to link them to became a single page.  Let's see now...you're trying to rate high on search engines for the words "fluffy alpacas" and the page is about alpacas so I'll link the page as /fluffy-alpacas.html and add it to your main menu.  (a few seconds later) Okay. Hit refresh. 

You: Perfect!  Can the search engine see this page?

Technician: Not yet.  Hang on and I'll tell Google to re-crawl the website.  (minute later) Okay.  Done.  It may take a few hours or even days before Google sees the page.  Just so you know, you can always register your site with google after changes.  Just log in and click the Globe icon in the upper right of the site and read the instructions.  It's really quite helpful.

You: Great!  That's all we needed.

Technician: Great. Glad we could be of service.  I see that you have not called this month for support, this took less than 15 minutes and all issues were relatively minor so this falls under free support.  You're all set.

You: Oh, I almost forget.  We need a Flash animation added to the home page with pictures which I am e-mailing you.

Techician: Okay.  Did you want them to rotate?  This could also be done with Javascript and you would be able to update the pictures yourself.

You: Too complicated.  I'll get confused.

Technician: Okay.  I will just take care of it and bill you for the Advanced Support.  I will use rotating Javascript animation instead of Flash for greator compatibility and ease of updating.  You won't know the difference but it will save you money if you ever need to change it.  Should take about an hour or two at most.  Is that okay?

You: Yeah, it's well worth a $100 or so.  Do it.

Technician: It should be completed within an hour and you will be billed for the support at the beginning of the next month.

You: Great. Thanks!
