Step 1 - Information Gathering Meeting

This meeting generally (but not always) begins the process. Under your guidance we outline general content and design layout. We discuss your specific needs and what will serve your company or organization best.

Step 2 - Review Meeting

The "review" meeting offers you the opportunity to change the style and layout of the website. You should be as specific and constructive as possible. Any changes will generally be made by the next "Release" meeting.

Step 3 - Release

The "release" meeting allows you to insure all requested changes have been completed and generally ends with tweaks and a date for final release, when the rest of the Internet can finally see the new website.

Now the website is considered "Post Release"

Post Release

You can log in and make changes to your new website at any time. You can even check the number of visitors daily, monthly and more using our graphical charts.

We submit your website to popular search engines FREE, including building a site map.

You also enjoy FULL support for an additional two months, so minor changes during this time period are completely covered under the design agreement. Forget how to log in? Call us. Need a spelling change? Call us. Need a new page? E-mail us the text and where you need it added OR call and we will talk you through it. No charge! It is that simple.

Free Support

Free support is important, after all no website is ever "complete." We expect you will need some assistance from time to time and include a free 15 minutes support every month. We even allow one month support to roll over to the next so don't worry about extra support charges.

Advanced Support

What if we need a Flash built, video presentation or slide show later on down the road? No problem. Just set up an appointment and we will work with you under Advanced Support until your website is everything you dreamed it could be.

What about e-commerce down the road? No problem. We did $1.5 million in e-commerce last year. Just let us know what you are trying to do and we will walk you through the processes, rebuild your site-map and submit you to Google once again.
